Happy Easter! I’m so excited to share my first post and even more excited to do it in this dress! Of course luck would have it that that the first dress I feature is already sold out, so I’ve linked a few similar styles below.
This was the first Easter my parents hosted, and it was so nice not to have to travel elsewhere. My family is Lebanese, and one of our traditions is to play a game with the dyed Easter eggs. Each family is supposed to bring a basked of dyed eggs. Then everyone grabs an egg and challenges someone to crack the ends of their egg with another egg. If your egg survives being hit with another egg without cracking, you move on to the next victim! And you get to keep the person’s egg you just cracked. (The eggs are hard boiled by the way so it’s not as messy as it sounds.) Whoever has collected the most eggs by the end is the winner! But we usually make way too many eggs and it goes on for too long for anyone to keep track of who wins.
Other than spending time with family, it’s my favorite part of Easter. Speaking of family- HUGE shout out to my sister, Logan, who has continuously encouraged me to get this blog up and running. I’m so thankful for her support and of course her stellar photography skills. Love you!
