Theo’s First Fiesta

I’m still in disbelief my baby is ONE! It honestly feels like last week I was writing his birth story. I’ll have a one year update up in a few weeks, but wanted to share pictures from his party this weekend!

His favorite movie is Disney’s Coco, so I got the idea to have a fiesta to celebrate his first year! Obviously the party was more for Drew and I since Theo won’t remember it, but I hope he looks back on these photos one day and sees how much we loved celebrating him and how many people came to do the same!

We went all out and rented a taco truck, because what’s a fiesta without good food?! The guys from Taco Loco were amazing and I would highly recommend booking them. They had 5 different taco options, as well as rice, beans, a salad and guac. Oh and can’t forget the best part- ice cold margaritas. We had perfect weather the day of his party so the margaritas just made it that much better. They even whipped up churros for desert. Seriously my dream food truck!

I made Theo a small smash cake to dig into, so he got to have cake two weekends in a row since we did a cake for his one year photos the week prior. Both times he was a bit skeptical at first, but as soon as Drew gave him a small taste he was all in. Below are more photos from his big day with the vendors listed at the end of the post.
